We use a two stage rub and then smoke them until they are tender and juicy.
Wet or Dry, 1\4, 1\2 or full slab
Plates come with two sides.
All items can be prepared to go.
Buy pulled pork and brisket by the pound and ribs by the slab.
Sides by the single order, cup, pint or quart.
Whole smoked butts (when available).
